Chute stepper lead

Diagram

The chute stepper lead, x1 per machine. The buildable
sub-harness for CH on the stepper cables drawing. The
NEMA 23 has bare flying leads, so this one is spliced
rather than plugged.

Straight through. Gauge is set by the PH contact, which takes 24 to 28 AWG. Length is the tail only, without the motor's own 300 to 500 mm leads: about 600 mm overall with 300 mm leads. Splice it to the NEMA 23's own four leads, 20 AWG, too thick for a PH contact. Find the coil pairs with a meter first: a pair reads well under an ohm.
